Moughton Engineering are looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Manager.
The role will involve running multiple projects ranging from £50k – £1m +, not limited to but predominantly in the nuclear sector, UK wide, both at client’s sites and office based in Gorleston, Norfolk.
Commercial Matters include – Project adjudication, project turnover and cashflow forecasting, valuation schedules, process / procedures, cost / value reconciliations / adjustment, subcontractor invoice / application assessment, applications for payment, variations and compensation events, cost ledger adjustments.
Payment terms proposed / negotiated / agreed.
MEL Specific Matters include – Production meetings, contract review meetings, project data,
Contractual Matters include – Pre-start meeting contractual obligation, initial enquiry review, Terms and Conditions review, track change documents, payment term negotiations, risk schedule, programme analysis, mitigation of delays, contract variation records.
